SMS Terms and Conditions

TRECHIT SOLUTIONS

TrechIT Solutions (“TrechIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS and MMS messaging for operational IT service communications (the “Messaging Program”).

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS communications in accordance with these Terms.

Purpose of Messaging

SMS messages are used solely for operational communications related to managed IT services, including:

• Service ticket updates
• Incident and outage notifications
• Scheduled maintenance alerts
• Technician dispatch update
• Project coordination
• Security-related notifications

TrechIT Solutions does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this Messaging Program.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Providing your mobile phone number during onboarding or service agreement execution
• Submitting your mobile number through a website form with an SMS consent checkbox
• Providing verbal consent during support interactions

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on active service tickets, incidents, and maintenance events. Multiple messages may be sent during urgent service situations.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Confidentiality Notice

SMS is not a secure channel for transmitting sensitive information. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, financial account information, or confidential system credentials via text message.

Carrier Disclaimer

Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability. TrechIT Solutions is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

Participants must be authorized representatives of a TrechIT client organization and at least 18 years of age.

Changes

TrechIT Solutions may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
