SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TrechIT Solutions (“TrechIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS and MMS messaging for operational IT service communications (the “Messaging Program”).
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of Messaging
Text messages are used solely for operational communications related to managed IT services, including:
• Service ticket updates
• Incident and outage notifications
• Scheduled maintenance alerts
• Technician dispatch updates
• Project coordination
• Security-related notifications
TrechIT does not send marketing or promotional messages through this Messaging Program.
Consent
You may provide consent by:
• Submitting your mobile number through onboarding forms or service agreements
• Entering your number through a website form with an SMS consent checkbox
• Providing verbal authorization during support interactions
Consent:
• Is not a condition of purchasing services
• Applies only to the number provided
• May include automated or system-generated messages
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on active tickets, incidents, maintenance windows, and service activity. Multiple messages may be sent during urgent events.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS communications will be sent unless you opt in again.

Confidentiality Notice
SMS is not a secure channel for transmitting sensitive information. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, financial account details, or confidential system credentials via text.
Carrier Disclaimer
Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability. TrechIT is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
Participants must be authorized representatives of a TrechIT client organization and at least 18 years of age.
Changes
TrechIT may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
